Privacy notice

Updated October 30, 2026 · Bonita Springs signup page

This notice explains how Cali Coffee Bonita Springs uses information collected through this local signup page. It is separate from the Cali Coffee app and its rewards program.

What we collect

We collect your first name, email address, optional mobile number, email and text preferences, signup time and source, and the consent wording presented to you. Technical information is also processed to deliver the page and protect the form from abuse. We do not ask for payment information.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your preferences and send the local updates you choose, such as deals, new drinks, and Bonita Springs news. Email is selected by default; you may uncheck it. Text messages require you to select the separate text checkbox. Providing your number by itself does not opt you into texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Storage and sharing

Signup records are stored in a private Google Sheet and a protected website database used for reliable delivery and consent records. Authorized team members and service providers may process them to operate this signup and send requested communications. Mobile information, text opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop emails, or reply STOP to a marketing text to stop texts. For help, to update your information, or to request access or deletion, call (239) 317-2788. We may retain records where needed to honor your opt-out, document consent, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Management feedback

If you use the management-feedback form, we collect your message and any optional name or reply email you provide. We store it in the protected website database and a private Feedback tab in our Google Sheet so the Bonita Springs team can review and respond. This does not enroll you in marketing. Please avoid payment details or other sensitive information.

Other websites

Instagram and Google review links take you to services with their own privacy policies. Following us or leaving a review is optional and does not enroll you in marketing. This page also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

This signup is intended for people age 18 and older. Contact Cali Coffee Bonita Springs at (239) 317-2788 or 28120 Quails Nest Ln, Bonita Springs, FL 34135. We may update this notice as the program changes.
